Shipping Policy

Free Shipping:

  • We offer free shipping on all orders across India, regardless of order value.

 

Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been processed.

  • You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Time:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days after it has been shipped.

  • Remote locations may experience longer delivery times.

  • We partner with reputable courier services to ensure reliable delivery.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or courier delays.

 

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.   

  • You can track your order's progress through the courier's website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and items.

  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and provide a resolution.

Policy Updates:

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.   

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return/Exchange Window: You can return or exchange items within 30 days.

  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Reverse Pickup: You will have to ship the courier to us; we will reimburse the cost to a maximum of 100/- (one hundred only) Rs per courier.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method promptly.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges for different sizes or colors are subject to availability.

  • Initiating Returns/Exchanges: Contact our customer support team via email or phone for guidance.

  • Product Exclusions: Specific product exclusions may apply.

  • Policy Modifications: We reserve the right to modify this policy, with any changes communicated accordingly.
